Pierce House has a stunning panoramic view across
Roaringwater bay from Kilcoe Castle to Cape Clear with Sherkin Island
in the distance and Mount Gabriel to the West over Ballydehob estuary.
Patricia and her husband Chris spent many years in the film and television industry and welcome people from all walks of life.
It is a short walk down to a small quay at the sea edge. Pierce House is
3km (1.8 miles) from Ballydehob, famous for its bars,
restaurants and music and arts festivals and 11km (6.8 miles) from the popular fishing village of Schull.
offer exceptional accommodation in two spacious and well appointed rooms,
each with its own entrance and safe parking. The Blue Room has a six foot
wide double bed that can be divided into two comfortable singles.
The Green Room has a large double bed and a single bed. The
en-suite shower rooms have large walk in showers, wcs, and washbasins.
Both rooms have small fridges.

good showers, electric blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and wifi with fast internet access. Mobile phone signals are good.
Pierce House is 3km (1.8 miles) from Ballydehob, our nearest village.
This takes only 5 minutes by car, but 30 minutes up and down hill on foot.
If you are coming without your own transport you will be dependent
on local taxis and an infrequent bus service that passes through
Ballydehob to get about.

Please note that we have pet cats,
who are not allowed in the guest rooms, but if you suffer from animal
related allergies this might not be the place for you. For the same reason, we cannot accommodate dogs.
We do not offer television.
We ask our guests not to smoke or vape in the house.
